Postage costs
The postage for tickets, one-year passes and coupons is € 3. The postage for all other items is € 4.90.
Payment
Payments up to € 100 can also be made by invoice; payments above this sum must please be settled in advance.
Delivery times
The delivery times depend on DHL. Your items will be sent as soon as possible pursuant to your payment method.
Warranty
The warranty/guarantee is set at 2 years by law.
Refunds
The items can be returned within the first 2 weeks of receipt without the need for justification.
