Once you have completed the three expeditions in the Science Center, one thing is for sure - you'll be hungry! What a relief therefore that the café at the other end is not some dull little room but instead a stylish and relaxing place where you are even allowed to bring and eat your own food.

An added touch: The chairs in Café Jonas are covered with excerpts from scientific magazines and therefore make for interesting reading! The menu includes six "Discovery Packs", with something for everyone: young visitors can choose anything from a hot dog to a muffin or a pizza, and combine it with a drink of their choice. The best thing, however, is that they include a free gift from the shop, with a choice of three different articles.

Café Jonas is only open to Universum^® visitors - and like Universum^® itself - is open Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

The new restaurant in the SchauBox at Universum^® Bremen is young, modern and innovative, and is set to invigorate Bremen's restaurant scene.
We offer fresh pasta, pizza, antipasti, salads and more on a self-service basis, not just to visitors to Universum^® but to everyone.

The restaurant can accommodate 150 guests inside and 80 on the terrace outside during Universum^® Bremen opening hours. All meals are also available for take-out.
