Projects

Projects are aimed at pupils and teachers who wish to focus on a scientific/technical area over a long period of time and adopt an interdisciplinary approach.

A project can include the following:

• planning meetings
• exkursions
• project working phase at the school
• presentation events

It can include various forms of work. For example:

• construction of experiment stations
• creation of computer animations and multimedia productions
• development of a science center or science show

In recent years, a number of innovative projects have been successfully implemented with schools from the states of Lower Saxony and Bremen. For example, year 10-schoolchildren at Gymnasium Horn grammar school in Bremen designed a small-scale exhibition on "Human development - from conception to birth.

We are also happy to advise and carry out feasibility assessments for interested organizations and educators (Contact Persons). A concept will be jointly drawn up for each project, the content and scope agreed upon, and the organization and financing discussed

Project work is supported by, among others, the Senator für Bildung und Wissenschaft Bremen (senator for education and science in Bremen), the Landesinstitut für Schule (state institute for schools), the Bremen school campaign, and private foundations and supporters.
